1 General Provisions

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

yk11 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. By accepting these offers, the following terms will apply:

Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000. Or, depositing ৳22,000 will give you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳32,000.

• Wagering requirement: Before a bonus can be withdrawn, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagers must be completed.
• Separate restrictions may apply to bets placed on certain games using bonus funds.
• If a bonus is claimed from multiple accounts or from the same device or network, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• yk11 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses can never be converted directly to cash — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirements have been met.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on yk11 are operated according to specific rules. Each game's rules are stated within that game, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before playing.

• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, yk11 reserves the right to cancel that round and refund the wager.
• yk11 reserves the right to correct any incorrect payout displayed due to a software error or technical issue.
• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), and fair play is ensured.
• yk11 is not responsible for any loss caused by the user's internet connection being disrupted.

7 Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraud, deception, or any other dishonest means.
• Placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
• Using a casino account for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to yk11's systems or network.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other users.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or errors in the casino software.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

yk11 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these Terms is violated.
• If fraud or deception is suspected.
• If identity verification fails or false information is provided.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• At the user's own request (including self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any outstanding balance (subject to all wagering requirements being met) will be returned.

9 Limitation of Liability

yk11 and its officers accept no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by issues with the user's internet connection or device.
• Errors caused by third-party game providers' software.
• A breach of account security resulting from the user's own negligence.
